The R&D team consists of postdoctoral, Ph.D, master and other industry specialists. The team has more than 30 members. Some of them are from the UK, Malaysia, China Taiwan, China Hong Kong. After years of intensive research, the team has mastered the nano-rare earth electronic paste technology and sintering process for PI (polyimide), aluminum, stainless steel and composite metal.
